Serenity SPA guarantees the high quality of the products sold. Product features and ingredients are described on each product page. Colors and images of products may vary slightly depending on monitor and browser settings.
- Shipping and Delivery
8.1. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. 8.2. The delivery time within Portugal is 48 hours for orders confirmed by 12 pm on a business day, excluding holidays and promotional periods. Delivery outside Portugal may take up to 7 business days. 8.3. Partial Deliveries: We reserve the right to split deliveries if necessary, and the customer will be notified by email. 8.4. The customer should check the order upon receipt and refuse damaged products.
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by delivery country. Orders that exceed a minimum value may qualify for free shipping.
- Returns
10.1. Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel orders before shipment by contacting Customer Support. 10.2. Return of Defective Products: Defective products can be returned within 15 days, and a credit note will be issued to the customer. 10.3. Return Due to Change of Mind: Customers may return products within 15 days if unused and in perfect condition.
